The origin of Tangoconsult harks back to one of my favorite dances: Tango 🕺💃

The dance is synonymous with the way I prefer to work: in dialogue, agile, playful, sincere, respectful, simple, with attention and trust.

I am an attentive yet critical listener,deeply rooted in

values such as freedom 🕊️, beauty, love, and friendship.

My change. I left a career as an organizational developer and general manager to embark on a new professional adventure with Tangoconsult.

​

At Tangoconsult, I love to mix my experience in Gestalt coaching, general management, strategy, HR, design thinking, and creativity, knowledge about society and politics with public speaking. This keeps my curious and open mind stimulated. I literally also enjoy discussing matters while walking. Brief meetings for practical matters, ample time for conversations that truly matter: the content.

Your inspirator. The curious possibilist in me loves to challenge and link people and ideas, swiftly switching between thinking and doing. I can be inspiring and persuasive with my enthusiasm, yet diplomatic and to-the-point.

Humor (my laugh) is my strength. The 'moderation and presentation' segment was born out of a reaction to events where the audience sits silently for hours.

Furthermore, I love bringing people 'together'.

Beauty. Last but not least, beauty inspires me: nature🍃, music, architecture, dance and movement, healthy food🍎.

A healthy mind in a healthy body. You won't be surprised that this will also have a place in my interventions ;  ).

I hope that more people in these fascinating times, with ample room for imagination, initiative, and authenticity, will join the Tangoconsult network.
